CRANE TACTICAL ACS-50 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
REAR SIGHT
1. Point weapon in safe direction
and confirm that it is unloaded.
2. Manufacturer recommends installation be performed by a qualified
armorer or equivalent personnel.
3. Re-confirm firearm is unloaded.
4. Remove back plate (spade grip) from weapon.
5. Use appropriate tool to remove the three screws holding original rear
sight or top plate cover.
6. Remove the rear sight or top plate cover.
7. Place ACS-50 on top plate with accessory rail facing forward.
Position the two alignment pins on the bottom of sight base in their
respective holes. Be sure ACS-50 base plate sits flush on weapon top
plate.
8. Use original screws (or screws supplied with sight package) to attach
ACS-50 to top plate. Place two shorter screws in forward holes, and
longer screw in the rear hole and firmly tighten. Ensure rear screw has
properly engaged adjustable trigger stop assembly.
FRONT SIGHT
9. Use 7/64" or smaller drive-pin
punch and a hammer to tap front sight cross pins out of the top of the
trunnion.
10. Remove front sight.
11. Position ACS-50 front sight in the same mounting slots so sight post
can fold forward. Use two pins included in package to secure sight to
trunnion.
12. Re-install back plate.
Installation is completed.
